  "We have been so happy living here and hope the next people love it as much as we have. We are leaving London to move closer to family in Wales but will leave the house – where we started our family – and Tottenham with heavy hearts. The community in Tottenham is wonderful and we have made lifelong friends. 
 
We loved the house as soon as we saw it. It is a bright and flowing home which has been equally brilliant for little people learning to walk (round and round) and for parties; even if (pre-covid) the kids mean our parties now tend to happen more in the day! We love the garden which has felt like a sanctuary this year. From late April, the jasmine around the front door comes into bloom and you can smell it from down the street, then the climbing roses start to flower in the subsequent months. We have had fun every year deciding whether to plant the raised bed with vegetables or cutting flowers (or a mixture) and will miss watering on summer evenings after work under the lights as the sun goes down.  
 
One of the best things about the house is the proximity to Lordship Rec and Downhills Park. We love the feeling of always knowing that there will be someone to bump into and chat with if you pop to Neri’s for a coffee. We also have really appreciated the proximity to Broadwater’s Children Centre where both our kids go to nursery and have absolutely thrived."
